Born and raised in Nebrasaka, Dan went to college at Kansas State majoring in Construction Science and Management. He moved to North Alabama in 2007 to begin work on an industrial expansion for a large Design Build Contractor out of St. Louis, MO. Upon completion of that project he went to work for a Construction Management Firm that specialized in industrial construction. After working in the area for the last 17 years on various projects from large scale design-build industrial projects to additions and renovations on all scales, he has the experience and knowledge to help you with a project of any size.
Born and raised in Iuka, MS. Dennis is happily married to April Shea they have 3 daughters, 4 granddaughters and a grandson on the way! Dennis has a degree in Automated Manufacturing. Dennis worked in the Automotive Industry in a maintenance supervisory/management role for 12 years experiencing and involved in two new plant startups and 3 expansions. Dennis changed hats and started his career in construction management as a project manager and has been doing so for the last 14 years doing projects all over the southeast including construction estimating, construction planning, civil, structural, mechanical, fabrication, and plant maintenance/outage support.
Lealand is a North Alabama Native. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He started his career in the construction industry as a Concrete Superintendent, helping work his way through college. After spending several years in the field, he went to work as a Geotechnical Engineer focusing on concrete and civil third-party inspections. In 2019 he went to work for an international commercial/industrial contractor as a Project Engineer/Estimator. It was here that he excelled at cost estimation and analysis. After focusing on his time in the office for a few years, it was time to return to his roots as a Project Superintendent for another large-scale commercial contractor. Lealand joined ASP Construction, Inc. in 2023.
Chase is originally from North Alabama and graduated from high school in 2002. Shortly thereafter, he moved away briefly to play college baseball before returning to Decatur, where he met his wife. Chase and Emily have been married since 2009 and are proud parents of three children—one daughter and two sons.
He holds an Associate’s degree from Wallace State Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Prior to joining ASP in 2025, he spent 14 years working in Public Utilities, where he developed extensive expertise in natural gas and water pipeline management and installation. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in multiple facility upgrades and the integration of advanced technologies at the gas measurement level.
He holds an ADEM Grade 1 Operator Certification and a Journeyman Plumber/Gas Fitter Card. In addition, he brings strong skills in customer service, personnel management, safety, and leadership—supported by ongoing professional training in these areas.
Bobby began his career in construction at the age of 16, gaining hands-on experience in building basement walls and residential structures. At 18, he paused his civilian career to serve our country during the Desert Storm conflict. Upon completing his military service, he returned to the construction industry, transitioning into commercial and industrial projects.
By age 24, he was promoted to Foreman, and at 27, advanced to Superintendent. In this role, he managed all aspects of structural concrete and steel work, with a focus on both high-rise and single-story buildings. his experience includes working primarily for general contractors, providing him with extensive knowledge across various phases of construction and project management.
He has successfully overseen projects ranging from $500,000 to $10 million in value and managed teams ranging from 5 to 50 personnel. His credentials include Department of Defense (DOD) project experience, OSHA certification, ACI certification, and a strong commitment to maintaining a 100% safety-first work environment.
